Delete from the app
Open Devoted, tap the Us icon in the top-right corner, then select Delete account at the bottom of the page. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
This permanently deletes your Devoted profile and sign-in email, Notes, daily-prompt progress and hearts, saved Do ideas, Adventure completions, Memories, captions, and uploaded photos. It cannot be undone.
Cannot access the app?
Email help@oiskos.com from the email address connected to your Devoted account. Use the subject line “Devoted Account Deletion Request.” We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request. Verified email requests are completed within 30 days.
What we retain
Devoted does not retain your account profile, app progress, Notes, Memories, captions, or uploaded photos after deletion. Purchase and subscription records are handled by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat and may be retained by those providers for their legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and accounting obligations. Deleting a Devoted account does not cancel a store subscription.
Subscriptions
Deleting a Devoted account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription through the store where you purchased it before or after deleting your account.
