Welcome to Oiskos.com (“Oiskos,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Oiskos website, competitions, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using Oiskos, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your state.
• You must be an actively enrolled college student at the time of registration and participation.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information, including college verification.
• We reserve the right to verify your student status at any time and suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account or allow others to submit content under your name.
• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any videos, images, or other content you upload (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you:

• Grant Oiskos a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with the Service, competitions, and marketing.
• Represent that your content is your original work and that you have all necessary rights to share it.
• Acknowledge that Oiskos does not endorse and is not responsible for User Content posted by users.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of posting it.

4. Content Authenticity & Verification

You confirm that:

• All content you submit is authentic and created by you.
• You are an active college student at the time of submission.

We may request proof of enrollment (such as a student email or ID). False or misleading submissions may result in disqualification, removal of content, and loss of rewards.

5. Competitions & Rewards

You may not upload or share content that:

• Contains nudity, pornography, hate speech, harassment, or illegal activity.
• Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Misrepresents your identity or the origin of the content.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content that violates these guidelines or the spirit of fair competition.

6. Content Removal & Account Termination

We may:

• Remove, restrict, or disable access to any content at any time.
• Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for violations of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the platform or its users.

7. Competitions & Rewards

• Competition rules, deadlines, and judging criteria will be published on the platform.
• Most competitions award digital recognition (such as badges, rankings, or featured placement).
• Some competitions may include sponsored prizes (including physical items, experiences, credits, or monetary rewards), which will be clearly stated.
• Rewards are delivered only after eligibility and verification are complete.
• Oiskos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel competitions at any time for fairness, technical, or operational reasons.
• Oiskos is not responsible for failed reward delivery due to incorrect or incomplete user information.

8. Beta Disclaimer

• The Service may be in a beta or testing phase.
• Features may change, be incomplete, or contain bugs.
• We do not guarantee that any content, including uploaded videos, will be stored, preserved, or retrievable.
• You should not rely on the Service for permanent storage of content.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party providers (such as hosting, video processing, and analytics services). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or practices of these third-party services.

10. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• All content and materials on Oiskos, excluding User Content, are owned by Oiskos or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our branding, content, or technology without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• Oiskos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, content, or profits.
• Oiskos is not responsible for user-generated content or actions of users.
• You agree to indemnify and hold Oiskos harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your User Content.

12. Copyright (DMCA) Policy

If you believe any content on Oiskos infringes your copyright, please contact us at help@oiskos.com. Include your name and contact information, a description of the copyrighted work, and a link to the allegedly infringing material. We will respond in accordance with applicable copyright laws.

13. Modifications
