Child Safety Standards

Oiskos has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, and any behavior that exploits or endangers children.

1. Eligibility and Age Standards

• Oiskos is intended only for adults and college students who are at least 18 years old.
• Users may not create accounts for minors or upload content involving sexualized minors.
• We may remove accounts or content and request verification where safety concerns arise.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

• Any CSAM or exploitative imagery involving minors.
• Grooming, sextortion, solicitation, or sexual conversation involving minors.
• Attempts to exploit, contact, recruit, coerce, or traffic minors.
• Any content that promotes or glorifies child sexual abuse or exploitation.

3. Detection, Moderation, and Enforcement

• We use moderation workflows and service providers to review reported or flagged content.
• We remove content and disable or terminate accounts that violate these standards.
• We preserve information as needed for safety review, legal compliance, and cooperation with authorities.

4. Reporting

• Users can report harmful or suspicious content from within the app.
• Anyone may also report urgent child safety concerns to Josh@oiskos.com.
• Reports should include relevant usernames, links, screenshots, and any other identifying details available.

5. Cooperation With Authorities

Oiskos complies with applicable child safety laws and reporting obligations. When required, we report child sexual abuse material and related exploitation activity to the appropriate regional or national authorities and respond to valid legal requests.
