Request Account Deletion
If you would like Oiskos to delete your account and associated data, email help@oiskos.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
What to include
- Your Oiskos email address or username.
- Your school name, if applicable.
- A short note confirming that you want your account deleted.
What we delete
- Your Oiskos account profile and authentication record.
- Your submitted content and associated account data tied to that account.
- Associated device-token records used for notifications.
What may be retained
- Information we must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.
- Limited backup or log data that is automatically removed on a rolling basis.
