1. Our Policy
Oiskos does not allow content that infringes on others’ copyrights.
If we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who uploaded the content so they can respond if they believe the claim is incorrect.
2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or posted on Oiskos without authorization, please send a written DMCA notice to our Designated Copyright Agent at:
Copyright Agent

Your DMCA notice must include the following information:

- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may not be processed.
3. Counter-Notification
If you are a user who believes your content was removed in error or due to a mistake, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent including:

- A description of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the original claimant files a court action to stop it.
4. Repeat Infringers
Users who repeatedly post infringing content may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated at Oiskos’s discretion.
5. No Legal Advice
This policy is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. If you’re unsure about whether your use of material is lawful, you should seek professional legal guidance before posting.
